Position: Process Associate
We are looking for digital marketing associates (freshers) to join our team. The Associate will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing information in a clear and comprehensible manner via email and outbound calls. Proficiency in English is essential for communicating with foreign clientele.
Responsibilities:
Provide email and outbound call support services with an emphasis on account optimization and troubleshooting ad campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App.
Graduation is a must. (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA graduates are not eligible.)
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Good understanding of internet architecture and web concepts as they relate to digital advertising.
Familiarity with ad serving and ad/account optimizations.
