As an HR Recruitment with 0-2 years of experience, you will play an important role in translating raw data into useful insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, helping the organization run more efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Analysis and Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Use a variety of recruitment platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records on all recruiting activities.
  • Track and analyze recruitment product data to discover opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment product activity and outcomes.

Education:
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any BE graduate.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in IT, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing recruitment.
Proven ability to find outstanding talent in a variety of roles and levels.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
